Manolis Stavrakakis
Manolis and his family have tended the same Koroneiki olive groves in southern Crete for over 60 years. Their cold-pressed oil is harvested by hand every November — no shortcuts, no compromises.
Giorgos Papanastasiou
Giorgos runs a stone mill in the heart of Macedonian sesame country. Every batch of tahini is ground slowly at low temperature to preserve the full flavour and nutrients of the sesame.
Eleni Konstantinou
Eleni keeps 80 hives on the slopes of Mt. Hymettus, where wild thyme blooms every summer. Her honey is raw, unfiltered, and harvested just once a year — exactly as it has been for centuries.
Nikos & Katerina Stavros
Nikos and Katerina grow Kalamata olives on a family estate that has belonged to the Stavros family since 1921. They also partner with local producers for traditional rusks and durum wheat pasta.
