For orders placed before 12:00, we typically deliver the same day or the next working day within Zurich. For Winterthur and surroundings it may take 1–2 additional working days.

Delivery is free for orders above CHF 80. This amount is calculated automatically in your cart — no discount code needed.
Can I order via WhatsApp?

Do you deliver on weekends?
Saturday deliveries are possible on request. Contact us on Friday before 10:00 via WhatsApp to arrange a Saturday delivery. We are closed on Sundays.
What happens if an item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damaged item. We will replace it free of charge or refund the full amount — no questions asked.
